System and Infrastructure Services

In the current global situation, a structure management approach for IT Service Continuity becomes more and more important. Terminal buildings are complex organizations include passenger handling, baggage handling, ground handling, security handling with related aviation systems. Infrastructural management group is at the middle of all process to support and survive all necessary IT services for 7/24 with SLA conditions. The main aim is business continuity for ten airports in use ITIL, Cobit, IATA and ACI regulations

Approves, coordinates, and controls all projects related to selection and installation of major information systems for the company.

Infrastructure group is responsible for the management of multiple information and communications systems and projects, including voice, data, imaging, and aviation automation. Following the aviation, IT new technology and update the systems is the another most important task for the group Coordinates, guides and maintains IT systems strategic and operational plans in support of the overall company mission and business strategy.

Planning, Design and implementation of the ITIL-related change, incident, problem, service desk, and service level management processes.

Infrastructure group has technology group as defined below:

Communication Systems

Each and every running transaction at airport is handling by communication systems. It is so critical that passenger, baggage and ground handling systems fail will have data loss and it will occur in a mass at airports. The task short list is illustrated below for communication systems.
