It is that time of the year! We are heading to the new year with great excitement arising from our brand-new projects. It is a great pleasure to offer our technology services in different regions and countries worldwide. We participated in several regional and global events to meet with aviation professionals, introduce our portfolio and explain how we can contribute to their business.
Continuous Growth of TAV Technologies
We have been offering airport technology services on different continents for long years. As a global organization that can provide cutting-edge technologies in distant regions that are culturally and structurally different from each other has become a significant strength for us throughout the years. 2022 was a successful year for TAV Technologies, with outstanding achievements, especially in Central Asia, South America, and the Middle East. Thanks to our capabilities, we achieve to add new footprints to our customer portfolio each year. In the last quarter of 2022, we started offering airport technology solutions in Panama and Indonesia in line with local needs and customer expectations.
We are now offering Airport Operations Systems and Passenger Processing Solutions for the five airports under the Tocumen International Airport Group, one of Panama's most prominent groups managing domestic and international flights. It is also a hub between South America, the Caribbean, and North America.
TAV Technologies was also selected as the Airport Management Systems provider for Dhoho Airport in Indonesia. We will implement and operate multiple terminal operations systems at the airport that serves East Java while driving the region's development.

We manage remote support services from our central base, Network Operation Center (NOC). NOC covers the globe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year with multilingual support. Each case is owned and managed by support professionals who are certified in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and service delivery engagement.
Apart from delivering central support, we have located IT professionals in each field if needed. Thus, the airports can easily access technical assistance for their urgent problems. Our local IT teams can be appointed to work in airports to control all the systems and technology services. Airports can minimize their technical risks hand in hand with TAV Technologies professionals. This workflow automatically provides flawless IT management for our customers and lets them focus on their other strategic priorities.
