TAV Technologies has successfully led the HR digitalization project of TAV Airport Holding, a leading airport operation brand. Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solution is implemented to integrate all enterprise resource planning processes and HR functions on the cloud in cooperation with Oracle.
Significant HR-related processes such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, and payroll can be directly controlled through this single platform that has comprehensive reporting functions. HCM solution supports 32 different languages while offering flexible functions according to the varying needs of companies and teams. The system uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to recommend the best possible candidate for certain positions.
