TAV Technologies LinkedIn Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. This giveaway/promotion is organized by TAV Technologies.
2. Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older on the campaign start date.
3. Participants must have a valid and active LinkedIn account.
4. Employees of TAV Technologies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
5. To qualify for the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following actions specified in the campaign post:
   • Follow the TAV Technologies LinkedIn page,
   • Like the campaign post,
   • Comment on the post and/or tag a person as instructed in the campaign post,
   • Repost/share the campaign post (if stated in the campaign post).
   • Failure to complete any of the required actions will result in an invalid entry.

6. The campaign starts at the time the relevant LinkedIn announcement is published and remains open for 7 days from the publication date. All campaign dates and times will be evaluated according to the time zone specified in the campaign post.
7. Each participant is permitted to enter only once. Multiple entries from the same individual will not be considered.
8. At the end of the campaign, three (3) winners will each receive an Amazon Gift Card worth €75.
9. The gift card will be provided through the applicable Amazon platform and in the local currency of the winner's country, equivalent to a value of €75.
10. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, may not be assigned to another person, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible participants who have completed all participation requirements.
12. Winners will be announced by being tagged by TAV Technologies in the original LinkedIn campaign post following the end of the campaign.
13. After the winners have been announced, winners must contact TAV Technologies via LinkedIn direct message to claim their prize.
14. If a winner fails to make contact within 5 business days of the announcement, TAV Technologies reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
15. TAV Technologies is not responsible for comments, tags, reposts, shares, or any other participation activities that cannot be viewed or verified due to technical limitations of the LinkedIn platform. Entries that cannot be verified by TAV Technologies may not be considered valid.
16. Any participant found to be using fraudulent methods, fake accounts, multiple accounts, or otherwise violating the campaign rules will be disqualified.
17. TAV Technologies reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the campaign at its sole discretion if necessary.
18. This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Amazon.
19. This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.
20. By participating in this campaign, all participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
